Cancellation Policy

Please cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee. This fee applies to all reasons associated with canceling unless otherwise overridden by Tina. If you book a Refill and need a Fullset, the appointment must be canceled and rebooked and the fee still applies. Deposits are not refundable unless otherwise overridden by Tina.
